have to say, yes, it is worth it. it is a learning and growing experience. somthing you take with you throught life.
as I have said before and some know, I had the occasion some time back in my life to face the fact that I would never get the chance to love in my life, I was told I had x number of years to live and that was it. didnt work out that way but just the same I had to evaluate my life, what I wanted from it, what I wanted to leave behind, and change the person I was.
having loved and lost, is always better than not to have loved at all.
I have been very blessed this year. first and foremost I was lucky enough to meet my wife. after that, I have my heath, a job, and a roof over our heads. and to enjoy the little things that people take forgranted every day.
I am truly blessed. May everyone have a good 2010, and find whatever it is they are searching for
I guess it realy depends on the people involved. LDR can and do work for some, for others they are just heartache waiting to happen. it takes a special person to trust, believe, and love someone they dont wake up next to every day.
the perposal, and pelam 123, firs was good second was ok.
the best movie I have saw of late was marlie & me, it is the first one in a long time that didnt need any nudity, viloence, or cursing to make it a good movie.
I always liked east bound and down, by the late great jerry reed. if you like trucker music Aaron tipin made his last cd a tribute to truckers, and thier music. the old stuff and some new ones. also try looking at the road hammers. they are ok.
I tend to think about and check the weather every day, and sometimes several depending on the time of year. but then driving 500-600 mi. a day you can see many different storms. we keep chains on the truck year round. just last week I was talking to a buddy of mine and he saw 8" of snow in utah or colorado Im not sure. I have to keep a winter coat in the truck all the time. in the last month I was in everything from the south texas 117 d heat to the high planes of washington which were down to the low 40's
