When I'm stressed out I go take a nice warm bath,light some candles and play some easy listening music.Or then often times I go for a walk.

I listen to music or watch a movie if I'm stressed out. Used to go for long drives. Don't really know why I got out of the habit. My most recent stress reliever is Slim.
