I would just like to point out that i in no way am dismissing a depressed person and their feelings their struggles or hardships.
My 'lazy' comment is coming from a place of experience where ive seen some depressed but dealing with it totally differently according to their own energy levels and maybe outlook.
Depression alog with suicidal thoughts are real they are here they are not going away unless there is a collective effort by all individuals to help the process along.
You cant get out of depression along i imagine..so a lazy mind set of people trying to help them is not something that helps either.
Hope i havnt offended those here who i know suffer with depression themselves.
Know that im rooting for you and cheering for you to be in a better place.
To be fair..it was me who suggested that the dislike and like buttons reveal the identities , not Rachie.....i said it because it might be beneficial to see who is constantly disliking your posts.
I personally dnt care who hits like or dislike...i rarely take notice.
But it was me who suggested the identities be shown just as a suggestion.
That seems to have transferred to Rachie being the one who wanted it when i dont hink she mentioned that idea at all.
Agreed. Its how willing and able you are to put the effort into managing and maintaining a busy life.
Depression and a naturally lazy person is going to be a nigtmare.
Sorry if that offends..i dont mean it to. Just i get the contradiction of depression and having get up and go...but there has to be an unlazy element in you to want to beat it and manage it.
I think when that happens you need to feel or find a purpose to get up for....it might not be a life purpose..you dont have to have all lifes questions put to rights....but a small simple purpose that makes you focus on it and makes you want to get up for that and only that.
Almost like a trick for your mind to say 'if i dont get up and do this then who will'... sometimes you have to play mind games with your own mind games.
Sounds great ...at least its out of the house...we all should be out of it this weekend. Hope all goes well with your sisters move...read what happened with the glass ...not nice but also not something to even let in...better things ahead.
Hurry up and get that done..then get a flight to Ireland...collect Mer and Ducky and a few others lets all go to the beach.
