I would buy/make a nice house according to my desires somewhere peaceful. I would spend time decorating it. Then I would start travelling around the world. I would stay here and there, know different cultures, meet different people, try various food and then go back home. I would spend some time in peace and quiet, then start travelling again. I would adopt a lot of animals. I would probably start some humanitarian organization and dedicate my non-travelling time to helping people and animals in need.
