Seems there is an urgent need to save/seperate the business,from personal anger.If you have a business plan revisit it.If you don't have one ,please make one MAKE A THREE YEAR PLAN.
May i suggest you copy these replies and send them to his family.
There is alot of good information here.

There's is a saying.So and so is "Like a bull in a China cabinet".

1 month away from it all will indeed help clear and refocus the thinking back on the business.
