I will have santa at my house.................. SO IT's LEGGO, IPODS and wii or playstation games for the mornin and then I have brunch with all my children............... but they go to their dads this year for dinner ..........they were at mine last year so...............

I hate rack after rack of clotes with no order .......... I like clothes to be be in order of size and color co ordinated with tops jackets etc a full ensemble
........................... i get mine just walking but here's the theory or anatomical/physiological cause. it is created by the calf muscles spasming or being too tight around the shin bone......... so massaging the muscles at the back of ur calf and pulling the muscle off the bone is really beneficial. u moght get some one to do it for u .............. before u go on ur run
Actual stretching excercises can worsen it massage is the best and gentle stretches in between massage BEFORE U RUN AND AFTER TO get the tendons to stop pulling the muscles oh and good running shoes hope this helps
