I find it disappointing how very transactional people seem to be online. With a single, small image and a tag line, we seem to approve or disapprove of other people as a date or life partner and do not seem at all interested in just having a conversation with another human being, to begin to learn to know someone. Even the return of a friendly, non-committal greeting, too time consuming or threatening to return. Actual Speed Dating, would be more involving and informing than most all exchanges I have ever had online.
We have achieved great speed and discrimination in our abilities to communicate, but it seems that it was us that were lacking and not our medium.
You have posed a, this and that question, with an either/or set of answers. I do believe if you could not copy and paste, your posts would make no sense whatsoever, ever.
Little is noticed, less remembered. The nature of your question points to something by its very nature that is unknowable. Someone may construct a true and reasonable statement that never occurred before, as far as may be known at that moment. It may have occurred before, but was merely forgotten. I another sense, it could be said that fundamentally that after a certain point, a language or the sum total of languages contain a finite set of concepts and possible and impossible relationships between them. After a certain level of totality there can only be so many sentences.
What you ask of may yet to be or may have already passed. It would be difficult to say.

The population of the United States would have been declining since the 1970's were it not for immigration. This is the same condition that may be found in all "1st world" countries. Breed on that one master racers.
