it has changed and those who are only posting in the last year or so wouldn notice it and would defend the way the forum is now.. not that there is anything wrong with it.. those that have been posting longer know where your coming from, its an honest question and i dont think u are wrong for posting it.. i remember the first summer i started posting in the forums reg and attending meets id be logging on til about 2 in the morning and the banter would still be flowing the oldest thread on the page would maybe be an hour or so ago now it could be a couple of days old..

if u mean 'dating' as in continuous dating same person plus others, wouldn be my cup of tea.. at the mo im happy single datin wouldn really be a priority of mine for the simple reason that IMO if u date someone u date that person not a handful and u date them to get to know them better and for the hope of it progressing to something more serious / long term and not seeking that

yeah i use it in the gym i go to, the gym instructor was sayin its no good if u just stand on, u have to do various work outs on it like squats and the likes.. my sis is quiet slim and is toning up nicely with it..

oh i didn know that, id hate to be out of proportion more so than being overweight, i still dont think id ever have done, my weight goes up and down to much

theres one thing i would seriously love, the gastric band, but im no where near the bmi category nor could i ever dish out nearly 8000 for something like that

i think even if i had the money id never go under the knife..

from what i hear with lipo u only drop a size.. for the amount of money and risk i dont think the surgery is worth it, if i was ever to lose a serious amount of weight id love a tummy tuck with that said within 3 months i could have easily gained the weight back
