Sometimes it's just a matter of personal choice without the drama. In my case, I no longer have anything keeping me where I am and the house is too much maintenance for one person. To me, it's an opportunity and I'm looking forward to it. I have some ideas where I want to be, but I'm going cross country before I decide. Not running to or from anything - just moving on
BTW... Having learned some of MyLife's story, I am filled with awe at some of you and the many things you have overcome. There's a lot to be said for that, too! It's definitely not all bad!
I wouldn't view distance as an issue in an introductory e-mail. Many people, myself included, are able and willing to move. It's not a bad thing at all. I intend to move sometime in the next two years - but haven't decided where to yet. There's nothing suspicious about that, is there?
