What are peoples views on this? I am cringing every time I hear the ads for it on the radio. And yesterday, by post in work, we got "postcards" to encourage us to send to our loved ones abroad hoping they will come back for a visit! Why would people need "an invitation" to visit their own country?
bok bok bok bok bok I guy I know when on on his own on valentine's night. he told no-one until afterwards he met the "love of his life there" and they got married sadly they broke up since but still
sounds like you will love it so I did it once. I won tickets to Time niteclub in Naas when Gerry Ryan did the single Valentine nights with Brenda O'Donoghue. 4 of us went. I thought it was very funny, you literally only get a few minutes to chat to each person.....so if you are chatty it is good craic, but if you are a shy type who needs to relax and get to know someone before you can string a sentence together then it would be like hell on earth! You should go....at least then you can say you tried it...oh and of course you can come back and tell us what you thought!
I went on a second date years ago (before internet dating) with a guy from Cullaville. Nice fellow, very handsome! But I almost fainted off the chair when he top his jacket off and had only a t-shirt on underneath....the amount of IRA tattoos had to be seen to be believed! Needless to say I didn't meet him again!
I have no idea what you are all talking about but this is a funny story...well it amused me! a friend of mine spent ages hooking my pc up with skype! he was at it for a while but got it eventually. he thought it would be lovely for us to skype after much effing and blinding and general man impatience he says "right where is your web cam?" I said "um my pc doesn't have one" he was a bit put out but chilled and said "ah sure we can live without the camera bit"...."where is your microphone?" I was like "em er my pc doesn't have one either!"
KABOOM full on raving man madness for about an hour while I wept laughing at him
