Well then there's the Bone headed attitude I speak of. We ALL have soemstake in this by the way we live. I pay my bills too, but I have loans out and credit cards being used . I am somewhat cionservative - but still part of the problem
I saw the mass migration to Nevada about 20 years ago - initailly for income tax, then property investment. Then Nevada got wise and raised both considerably. The only thing Nevada has going is property is typically less expensive for same home, but that is changing rapidly and Nevada homes around Tahoe are actually more expensive
Seriously Conrad, It's just the comment about the Dems all the time , and continuing to blame a past administration on today's problems . Ya know, this thing is going to take everyone looking at ourselves and taking some blame

It is definitely far reaching , but I find it annoying to see alot of pot-shots posts from foreigners. This whole thing is caused by moral fabric of American's beaking down ( Dems and Repubs ) . American's think credit and using everyone elses money is an entitlement. We got used to buying anything we wanted with someone elses money on loan or credit. It has absolutely nothing to do with who was in last as President , and alot to do with this administration and it's lack of oversight.
And believe me , we're feeling it good here in California !
