Just a thought.Years ago, whilst sitting in an office,talking to a great guy, a blackman,i noticed on the walls,pictures of famous black people. Also, on the shelves,files labelled "black workers rights","black people in the work place",and many more on the same theme.I asked him what he thought of it.He told me it annoyed him, as it singled his colour out.It was his opinion that many white and black people had jumped on the bandwagon, and making a living with regards to race. All he wanted to do was come to work and live a normal life.He said the friendly banter had gone, because the others were frightened of saying something that would get them into trouble, no matter how innocent it was.To him his colour was not an issue, to others,both black and white,it was.Just food for thought.

It can be very difflecult to tell the truth about yourself.For example, if i was honest on my profile,i would just write "I am perfect,come and get me"
