I do understand what you are saying,and many years ago things happened that shouldnt have happened, hence the "new" act. Decisions are no longer taken by a single officer,senior officers,custody officers, solicitors, and in his case social services are involved. you are correct, he may well be innocent,but with the steps that have been taken, i would be surprised. He could well have been "working" on behalf of someone else, only time will tell. I respect your opinion.
