Firstly, try never to lose your self esteem.If you do lose it, remind yourself how unique you are,there is only one of you.Walk tall, and never be anyones victim,control your own destiny.
I like to have a miniture cigar, i find it relaxing, and i enjoy the taste and smell.I have never touched alcohol in my life, as i dislike the taste. My diet is healthy, and i train everyday.At 54,althiugh i dont see myself as "superman", i can put many a man to shame, half my age that dont smoke. Now, if i drop dead tomorrow, can you have this put on my tombstone please.
