Bearing in mind, in order to demand his password,the police would have to lay imformation before a judge, for him to grant a warrant to demand the password.A judge would not issue a warrant unless it was necerssary to gain access for the investigation of a seroius crime. also, his solicitor would be made aware of this,so he is protected at all times.This is not a common practise in the uk,so prehaps the alleged offences are grave enough to warrant taking this step.
I am so glad that all Americans dont think like you.I wont get into a debate about it, not because i am not capable, but i have respect for the many Americans on here, and for all those who died, from many countries who were also fighting for thier freedom.
