I'm cooking chicken with home grown cayenne peppers tonight. Lots of garlic and whatever other spices looked interesting. Towards the end of cooking I'll throw in some chopped green peppers then serve it up on rice and kale.
Oh, the voice of experience, Always wash your hands after you cut up fresh hot peppers. I just had to rinse out my eye after touching it OUCH!!!!!

The Katt grew up in Northern NH with a Scotsman for a father and a Midwestern mother but she makes killer chili. People from Texas set down their spoons and back away from it it's so hot.
It's is tasty though.

I ran my forearm over the end of my itchy nose while chopping chillies once, and it took me hours to stop the inside of my nose from burning. I feel for you.
