That doesn't surprise me. Simon Cowell is an arsehole at the best of times. It's one of the reasons i never watch these things. In my opinion there's been a decline in the quality of tv for some time. X Factor and any number of programmes like it are proof positive why i'm glad i have a dvd player
There is just too much 'Victim TV' these days. People tune in to see who is getting 'booted off' and to share the embarrasment of the resulting emotional trauma. What a sorry state of affairs
