I can't sleep when i know i have work next day as i have to be up about 5am. On these occasions i take sleeping pills i get off Ebay. Probably not ideal but they work
Film = Rise of the foot soldier cd = The Eagles Book = 501 must visit cities Food = Pizza Drink = Kilkenny ( hard to get these days though ) Holiday = New York Pastime = Golf Time of day = Early morning in summer Place = Tough one i love Glendalough but also Barcelona ( 2 very different places )
