Good for you, A. Experience of moving around different areas will be of huge benefit to you ..... learn as much as you can and let them know how much you want to make a career in this area .... have worked in hotels/catering for many years and this type of approach WILL work people in the business like to know that they can rely on people with the right attitude and the desire to make something of themselves, good on ya ......

problem with living so far out in the country where the only shop closed at 8 pm, is that when you're feeling peckish, you really have to go to the effort to get in the car .... 15 miles round trip to closest open shop, and by the time you get there, just go for instant gratification!!!! just checked the fridge and there's nothing that wouldn't involve cooking and HUNGRY now ...

jeez, I am getting so hungry!! What is it about talking about food that makes you even hungrier and I have just eaten !! would murder some of that pie with the thick pastry, and mushrooms and gravy, and one small spoonful of creamy masshed potatoes, just to soak up the gravy ....

We're all in the same boat, babe (well most of us anyway!!!) some are all loved up but really good so we like them still being around, some are a bit iffy but you get to learn to recognise them when they come knocking so don't worry about them ... we'll give you the heads up anyway ..... and the best thing you could do, is come to one of the meets and get to know the people on the forums ... really good bunch of people and a pleasure to know and meet them.....
