RE: Someone took the wrong jacket

Dont despair...A while back i took someones jacket which was quite similar to mine and his phone keys etc was in it....thankfully he rang me and i thought it weird that my phone tune had changed and whilst picking up his phone i copped on that i had his jacket....We met half way at the earliest oppurtunity and i handed over his jacket .....

Unfortunatley mine was never found and i lost my phone etc ....

Fingers crossed it was a genuine mistake and youll get it back....

Sineads also missing her jacket .....

Im not going to say that sounds a bit strange ...2 Adults...alcohol and clothes missing ......wink

Best of luck finding it

RE: Remember Hiroshima

Thanks FFS blushing

Your best wishes will always be cherished by me ...wave

RE: Remember Hiroshima

That was my understanding until tonight ..

But they showed footage that Japan was really looking forward to a land war....Doctors who survived told of training suicide bombers ...school kids were taught to bayonett etc etc ...when the yanks weakened their stance on Japans surrender to save the Emporers face the Japanese took it as a weakness...Hiroshima was a massive training ground for army recruits with tens of thousands of troops positioned there...all backed up by footage and Japanese survivors ........went against everything i knew as fact before ...

RE: Remember Hiroshima

which was named after the mother of the american equiv of sqd leader ...he knew that history was in the making and wanted the plane named with a unique name and decided on his own mothers name ,much to the annoyance of the planes captain who he barked at when he complained ....

RE: Remember Hiroshima

....Im gutted now and the storys 65 years old and has an impact ....Good news about the boy...wished i had watched that bit

RE: Remember Hiroshima

was it a bad story?? feel free to lie (ie) the kid was saved

RE: Remember Hiroshima

Was just watching a programme about the Hiroshima bomb on rte and had to turn the telly off when a mother started talking about how her 6 year old daughter was trapped and she couldnt free her......slowly the flames from the buildings started to burn the wee girls legs as she was pinned under wood..the mother started crying explaining what was happening and my stomach couldnt handle it ......this way i can hope he child was rescued

I believe in War ...I think to have a A bomb is the right thing to do and i would support the use of it against a greater threat without batting an eye lid ..but its the innocents (as usual) that have to suffer ...

Enola Gay was named after the group leaders mother.......didnt know that

RE: August 7, ANNUAL BIRTHDAY BASH in Dublin

doh ayeee wee lady ..less said the better about the CS Kleptos the better laugh

RE: August 7, ANNUAL BIRTHDAY BASH in Dublin

Looking forward to seeing some friendly people on saturday night and having a pint and a good laugh.....

Jeeeez i remember my first meet i turned up saw the crowd...

Nearly legged it but saw 2 people from the forums that i thought were decent and funny (Nuala and a guy from Finland).....picked up the courage to say hello and even though they didnt know me as i wasnt a poster on the forums they introduced me to one or two others and i didnt feel like an outsider.........Next meet they were there again and suddenly i introduced one or two to my new friends etc etc .

Now adays i even hug the barman and introduce him to people ....lol.....

RE: meath v louth

When Marradona cheated in Soccer he was called the hand of God......When Thiery Henry cheated he was, along with FIFA known as Cheaters do win......

Today The Gaa wanted to see Meath...an unquestionable magnifient financial gain, return to leinster football and quell the smallest county in Eireann who dont give financial returns to the croke park foundation squashed... Even though it was 50+ years since the Border towns last feverish win....

MONEY IS MONEY..now its Meath ..Kildare ching ching

Thank God my Father is from Kilkenny and i prefer hurling and that i lived in Offaly as a kid , before supporting my mothers border town....

Weve watched the Sam Maguire go slightly West , North , north west ..North east and now when it was Ours its been stopped by going in our direction beyond Navan or Bettystown cause of the Gaa support CHEATING......

sorry but my Boxer pup needs letting out for a wee or poo ,damn she farts so bad ....

later

RE: need advice.

Not being materialistic or anything ...but what sort of prezzie was it.....and is that the norm for first dates ??

different generation an all dunno

RE: need advice.

Sounds like someone has been stirring it...

I fell for a mates sister many years ago when i stayed at his house for a weekend and his sis was visiting at the same time.
..myself and his sis had spent the night together humping away like rabbits ..Next night myself and my mate went to a pub and he jokingly told a friend who was in our company he didnt get much sleep when i went to the jacks ..

This was in the Uk ..she came back to Ireland to her small village and was confronted with sleeping around and figured i had gone out bragging to everyone.....

so ask her has anyone said anything to stir it

RE: Fake or Real...????
