in little part l agree with you about man made, but is not so easy about the theophilosophy .............the divine idea..........we have the elementary concept in our dna but in your opinion it's really so easy to create ............the sense of an universal creator.

l mean if you born without mass-opinion ideals, is possible grown up in your mind the religion idea or democratic idea or comunist idea.....................so since is started the divine sense of life, maybe exist a first day in the human history

could be ...............try this ingredients


thin slice eggplant well cooked in oven till you will see browning the slice edge


make a layer of eggplant slice put on fresh cheese ( to give the right taste you need ......mozzarella......)

with mozzarella slice cover the eggplant layer now cover with fresh tomatoe sauce ( absolutely not tomatoe katch up )

now the magic ingredient this make the different besciamella: 5tbsp butter,4 tbsp flour 3c lowfat milk 2tsp salt 1/2tsp freshly-grated nutmeg.
to prepare it :in a medium saucepan,heat butter till melted add in flour and stir till smooth, over medium heat cook till light golden,about 6/7 min...........meanwhile heat lowfat milk in separate pan till just about to boil add in lowfat milk 1 c at time, wisking contnuously till very smooth and bring to a boil, cook 10 min and remove from heat season with salt and nutmeg, do not forget it, and set aside.

right repeat all 3/4 time l mean 3/4 layer on top put grates parmiggiano

l advise a fresh white fizzy wine if you can Italian prosecco,
invite your girl-friend and have a good diner


l've seen the recipe on line believe to me is not the same

many years ago l've been in America since N.Y to Key West l tried coca cola chips and burgy...........believe to me the taste is really different

l know only one way to cook parmigiana not sure exist different way

l would like to prepare a personal parmisan or "parmigiana" just for you, we have some secret ingradients to put in, and add a fresh white wine

l know, pizza you can find it in every where around the world but l invite you in an Italian ............pizzeria..... it will be a great surprise

p.s just for you l notice see the Murano glass digit this " vetrerie di murano" .it( Murano is a Venice island )

ohhhh.................well try this ppl, slice of aubergine, eggplant for americans,whith fresh cheese and besciamella this word no exist in your dictionary.

prepare the slice of aubergine well cooked in oven do layers with ..........aubergine, fresh cheese, besciamella and tomato sauce, by fresh tomato,make four layers on top put old cheese parmigiano, put a little bit in oven just for melt the cheese and enjoi it

what kind of thread, and you are so young, l know, you just like all new generation in east europe are living a transition moment, the impact with western life style is so havy for you, but have you seen what l mean, ppl was kindly and friendly with you, they tried to explain their opinion in a positive way............in a democratic way.............try to re.read your answers and you will understand what is comunist mentality
