No I never made that association at all...In fact I view it as a woman's/human rights issue. Along with the impact on children. Its amazing how far apart we are in mind. Its like a different universe.

Soooo...Back to the burka...Last yr. I went up to Canada ( my daughter had an accident and I stayed to look after her.) It ended up being 8 months so, I took a managers job with Winners. I worked with a very difersified staff with nationalities from all over the world.

I well remember the muslim women I worked with. My heart and respect went out to them. Its a terrible thing to live in the land of freedom, see it, taste it, but be unable to embrace it. Burka laws were written by men. I didnt meet a single one that wouldnt have burned it given the chance.
