Ah thanks for that advice, it is an old house, but all new pipe work in last 4 years, i do have the factory foamed tank i got 2 year ago,, but as you say the is no insulating in the walls, and the attic only has the fibre rolls,, but the plumber that gutted and restored the whole house just threw the pipes every where, (cowboy) i must double wrap them for the future, just never expected this harshness and wont be so stupid again, thank you for your advice and i will check it out
Hi to all, Just wondering how much the cold snap has effected some of our lives over last few weeks? I had no water for last 3 days even though i have my own well at home, everything was frozen, i even had to melt snow to supply my dogs of drinking water. And this morning i awoke at 6am to hear a loud bang, but after 10 mins got up to go to toilet and my hall, sitting room, and spare room was flooded, the bang was a pipe in attic broke from joint and was pouring threw the ceilng. Every where was flooded and i had to turn of a valve while cleaning up the damage. But i finally have it sorted now, and thank got there is a break from the harsh weather for a while again. Just interested to see what problems it has caused others? Let us know your stories
you should relish the fact that you have them so close, one day they will be gone and you would love to just sit there for an hour and chat, a few hours a week to give them time is nothing, they gave you all your life of there time. jmo
i was using my previous experience, and if my fist runner had gone i wouldn't have selected second,, and i haven't read the papers or looked at this thread since last night,, never even heard of snow bay b4 today,, as i said im rusty in that dep,, just looked at form on pp.com and made my choice, i dont have details for tomorrows runners as i dont really bet, but ifthere is a link to get them then cool i will start again with my selections night b4.
Eamon holmes just walked in with a big red book to my sitting room. He said this is your life and you were on the front cover as a start, and you are on the last page of the tale, but i would prefer if you where in the story
oh bye the way, areyoureadytogo, im sorry if i your thread, but if you wont ask him out,, i will with ella, she either says yes or no, it simple, and it public, it that easy
think of it this way? the longer you leave it the less time you have with him if he says yes!! and every second counts, touch wood something should happen tomorrow and you find out he has met someone tonight, then you will never forget it, but if he said no, then you WILL forget him in few weeks when you meet the perfect guy... You have been given eneough advice and encouragement from us all to go ad get him, if you dont and you lose him then im sorry but tough, and i dont mean that in a hard way,, just reality
only time life fails you is when you have a box surounding you and you can go no further. until then every breath is a chance of success, and dont ever forget that!! if he says no,, so what, your young and haven't opened halve the doors in your life yet. knock knock, who's there? are you ready, are you ready for what? are you readt to go, get your jacket on.
why feel embarrased? it is a question that people use all over the world every day, why not say it in a way that makes you feel at ease?
like hey this weather is so depressing i fancy going out and having few drinks, are you up for that? if he says yes then well done and if he says no then you tried, so then you know your options and can move forward.... i do hope your answers yes,, but go girl,, life is short eneough without wasting seconds thinking of what ifs or maybes. we all behind you either way
leave it over night and see, and if they sticky in the morning then go with irish eyes moves,,, but if you do, then just dampen the brush an turn laptop upside down as u do clean to stop any specks of liquid seeping in to system, hope you get it sorted!!and they say diet coke is good for the system,
How has the cold snap affected you!!!
