Sorry to burst your bubble, but Trump is nothing more than a Reality TV star who has no political experience whatsoever. Moreover, he does not have the temperament to be President. He is NOT a team player. He will just try to fire people in the White House who don't agree with him.
Thank you for this thread. It is very interesting. For my part, however, I will not be voting for Donald Trump. Here is why:
1. He is a misogynist. I don't want that type of person to be my President.
2. He is cruel and mean-spirited. Making fun of disabled people (one, a reporter and the other, a highly respected journalist) is the lowest of the low. Once again, not someone I want to be my President.
3. He is ignorant of foreign policy. When asked how he had acquired his knowledge on this subject, his response was, "I watch a lot of TV." Say what???? So do I, but I don't think that qualifies me to be President of the US.
4. When asked how he would deal with Putin, his inane response was, "I think he'll like me." Are you kidding me? What a vacuous statement.
5. He is not a team player. Trump is used to getting his way - ALL of the time. I don't feel he is someone who can calmly work with others to achieve any type of compromise, should one be needed. It is his way, or the highway.
6. He keeps Mein Kampf by his bed, or so his ex-wife has claimed. If true, this alone would be enough of a reason to steer clear.
Therefore....my vote is for Marco Rubio. He is articulate and always delivers substantive responses to difficult questions.
Some may argue that being mean-spirited and misogynistic shouldn't disqualify you from being President. Maybe so, but for my part, it speaks VOLUMES about his character, and one's character will always color, and be an integral part of, important decisions that will affect millions of people.

Well, so let me ask you something. Remember when OJ said he would make every effort to find the "real killers"? He never did. He never even attempted to do so. Furthermore, I live in L.A., right where it happened. OJ confessed to his first attorney, and that's why he wouldn't take the case. OJ's DNA was all over the crime scene, but the stupid jury couldn't grasp that. Need I say more?
Here is the way I see it. This has absolutely nothing to do with race. The police officer told in complete detail what transpired, including the fact that this young man threw the first punch. The whole thing started when the cop simply asked him, "Will you just walk on the sidewalk?"

So, come on, people, if this had been a white man, Hispanic man, Asian man or an alien THE OUTCOME WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME! STOP MAKING THIS A RACIAL ISSUE!!!
The same thing happened in the OJ case, but at least in the last 20 years, many blacks have come to their senses and realized and admitted on National TV that indeed OJ DID commit these two horrible murders.
Obama and Brown's family want peace - NOT MORE VIOLENCE. Why can't people honor their requests??? Instead, we have rioting in the streets, on our freeways, stopping the traffic, inconveniencing thousands of people. Are you kidding me????
Good food for thought. Here's more: Think of all the words with letters that we don't pronounce: example: night, light, brought, caught. These spellings come from the Germanic influence, but need to be done away with. Why not spell the words, "lite", "tonite", etc. like you are starting to see on so many bill boards. I think the change will eventually occur, IMO.
Okay....for anyone new on here please take note of the following scammer "red flags":
1. "I am a God-fearing man" - an expression that is rarely used in the U.S.
2. "Hope to hear from you soonest" - Say what?
3. "I don't mean to bother you with this email" - why would it bother me? I'm on here to meet people!

"Hello Pretty" - Last time I checked, "pretty" was an adjective that needs to describe a noun.

For those of you who think I'm tipping off the scammers as to what NOT to say, you need not worry because 1) They don't read messages on the forums; and 2) Luckily for us, English is such a hard language to learn that even if they corrected the above mistakes we would still be able to spot them!
