I just learned via CNN that there have been NO grand jury decision reached in Ferguson concerning the fatal shooting by a white cop of a African-American youth, Michael Brown. So what happens next-peaceful protests with the possibility of all hell breaking loose in Ferguson, St.Louis, maybe even New York, Chicago? What do you fellow single men and women have to say about that?

The Grand Jury heard the last witness this last Wednesday. Their decision is expected any minute, any day. What does this mean you ask? It means....the Grand Jury will announce it's decision any minute, any day. What would any singled men and women have to say about that? I guess, what I just told you. dunno

A hurried court maybe it's not enough reflexive.

But I understand you. Too much precedents for not having a clear opinion about shooting someone who is hands up.

My understanding is that the result will not be announced until 72 hours after the decision. I believe a decision may already have been made; however, for security (understandably!!) reasons, they are saying they haven't decided. JMO.

America is a Riot...New York draft Riots (American Civil War), 1863. - Assassination of Martin Luther King Riots, 1968. - Los Angeles Riots, 1992. - Stonewall Riots (New York City), 1969, - The Chicago Riots (Democratic National Convention), 1968. - The Battle in Seattle Riots, 1999. - The Watts Riots (Los Angeles), 1965: Just to name a few... Dozens have died and hundreds injured... I'm just guessing at this, but I have a feeling that the announcement will be postponed until Monday, December 1st, after the Thanksgiving Holiday, plus, Riots on the day after Thanksgiving would make for a hell of a black Friday. In addition, time maybe be needed to buildup National Guard Troops.

One too many 'be' in the above paragraph... I feel that I can freely speak in whichever manner I choose, seeing that the policy on my Insurance requires that I carry coverage against 'Riots and Civil Unrest' here... Kind-of pissed-off about that.

I think it means as in "connecting singles" and not a reflection on one's relationship status.....

I think they should keep the decision secret a while longer. Not announce it until the day the Executive Order about Immigration comes out. That way the media will go for the blood and gore news and totally forget to mention the new immune from detention policy.

Just heard on the news that the grand jury decision will be announced soon.

It is obviously not going to be a good decision regardless of their decision.

There are obviously not going to be no winners.

It's 9:03 P.M. here and they are showing where the verdict will be announced.

No matter the decision it's obviously won't a very good outcome.

Give it all a rest, everyone

If you are from Ferguson or related to the officer or the family of the slain youth, it is none of your business.

All the news media want to do is entertain us with excitement in "news" - so if they can build the hype over this grand jury decision, their media blitz campaign worked.

They are not the first grand jury nor the last, it is not the first time that gun violence ends in a tragedy all the way around for everyone - the family, the police force, the police officer, the town..... no one is left undamaged....

But to build up the hype of this whole decision just creates chaos in peoples hearts and minds and of course that sell news.

Until these big corporation news media start reporting a more balance account of news around America, I find it is just

ambulance chasing news..... or more likely slanting the news to make it sensational and jamming it down our throats....
