I know and i have no problem with them regarding themselves as British but it shows what a dislike some of them have for us on this part of the Island.
Why would an Irish person wave a union jack? Would a unionist wave the tricolour? No they wouldnt they burn our flag every year in their bonfires dont they.
Northern Ireland is a part of Ireland under British rule its not British, theres a difference! And im sure half the population there would take exception to people on this thread referring to them as British.
And in answer to the question im not bothered if she comes or not, as long as no union jacks come out like the orangemen had on display a few years ago in Dublin.
The money they handed us!!!!! That money will have to be paid back with interest and if you were watching Sky News they did a lot of whinging about giveing it. Get the facts right.
My father was a good bit older than my mother so he was a man of a different generation. He was a good person but wouldnt say we were really close like i was to my mother. You would think you would miss both parents the same when they are gone but i missed my mother a lot more.
Same here thats how i was raised as well, hope you find something that suits you soon you have a good attitude. I think people will have to try and help themselves cos i dont have much faith that the government will be any better than the last lot.
I want to know what women really go for looks or personality?[/quote I think both men and women like to have both looks and personality in a partner. We are all only human and you need to be attracted to someone. I was dating someone in the past, lovely person but the attraction just wasnt there. Maybe that makes me sound a bit shallow but just being honest.
Well there is something wrong if the situation is that someone makes more on benefits than working. And that needs to be looked at and solved. Cos i dont want my taxes supporting people who can find work but couldnt be bothered cos they make more sitting at home on their arses.
Well may be you should read it correctly next time. I dont know where you got the idea that the "majority" of Irish people would turn down a 28k job. And the people who turned down the job wernt even Irish so get your facts straight before going on a rant about our country.
Yes he does seem an honest man but he is a developer none the less. If this situation is correct then he should resign. Either way he would be a lone voice drowned out in a huge coalition government as he is independant.
Ah but the smell of power is too strong for them to resist. Gilmore was nearly pissing himself over the last few days in case FG had enough seats to go it alone.
Labour did well in Leinster/Munster but here in Connacht they still arent popular. They could loose a lot of support from the public sector next time out and that was always their traditional vote base.
Lol good point. The guy makes no sense though. my real fear though is that Enda Kenny wont be a strong enough Taoiseach to lead the country. But time will tell. He will have a war on his hands though when he takes on the public sector.
Should make interesting viewing towards evening/night time as a better picture forms. Id say a lot of well known faces will be gone and looks like Adams will be taking his seat in the Dail.
RE: OVER 30 YEARS.
Why would you think 35 would be too old? Im 36 and dont have any yet but don think im too old.
