We are waiting patiently to hear how your move went right down to the last detail. 
He's been a member of the site for almost a decade and the powers that be decided he shouldn't be here. 
I'm not painfully shy but still shy enough until I get to know someone at which time they may want to consider wearing ear plugs.
I can relate to most of what you've just described.
