So, be careful what you plant now; It will determine what you will reap later. Think about this for a minute.
If I happened to show up on your door step crying, would you care? If I called you and asked you to pick me up because something happened, would you come? If I had one day left to live my life, would you be part of that last day? If I needed a shoulder to cry on, would you give me yours? This is a test to see who your real friends are or if you are just someone to talk to you when they are bored.
I had to make that decision and frankly, I couldn't bring myself to do it until I had a good talk with a hospital clergy....I kept battling with the concept of "who am I to decide when a person dies" and "what gives me the right to do it". After discussion, I did it but still always question whether I did the right thing or not. After all, this was my biological mother who I hardly knew but nonetheless, I grieved over it like I'd known her since day one.
My ex taught me how to drive in a standard shift Envoy Epic...what a buzzbox.... Funny, but during those lessons, some dude beside the dirt road mooned me (seriously folks)....that was a true test of my abilities to stay on the road
