sorry gonna have to disagree...

I grew up in brisbane... I have been to sydney a few times.. and I live in melbourne

and.. sydney is not one of the places I would recommend people go to unless they are happy to see the yukky places in oz as well as the nice ones

I found people in sydney to be very self absorbed and the drivers should be banned from driving forever cos they are so bad at it

if I was recommending places to go out of the 3 cities mentioned.. it would be in this order

melbourne - because it has a nightlife and lots of things to do and the shops stay open all the time and there is always somewhere to go no matter what time of day or night it is.. and the shopping it FANTASTIC.. and we have great wines and coffee and drinking water and the weather is bearable... lots of variety

brisbane - cos the people are friendly and winter days are beautiful and they have great markets and southbank beach

sydney - cos it has the opera house and darling harbour

no well those who dont live in the city are.. but sydneysiders are not as friendly as brissy people .. well they havent been the few times I have been to sydney anyway

ahhhhh you will be alright.. it will be early enough so there will be lots of people on the train.. night is young so there wont be lots of drunken idiots on there yet


bubbly.. if I can catch a train into the city on my own in melb and not feel unsafe or threatened then it will be fine in brissy at that time of night

Have you done or been anywhere different lately? Have you been to any exhibitions or festivals or shows?

Last month I went to see the Tim Burton exhibition that was at the Australian Centre for Moving Image (ACMI) in Federation Square here in Melbourne

all I can say is.....

what a funny and brilliant man he is ... I went with a client so I couldnt stay as long as I wanted to but I would have stayed much longer if I could have ... now I want to buy a Edward Scissorhands dvd for my collection.. have never seen the movie.. saw scenes from it at the exhibition and now I want to see it all

Our heart loves who it loves.. and no amount of advice from anyone is going to stop you loving someone whether its a bad or good relationship... I know... I have been there

it takes time.. each time he hurts you or each time you feel disappointed and sad, the love you have for him will die a little each time until one day you think.. ok .. enough is enough... but it will only happen when you are ready to start living your life instead of waiting or wishing for someone you cant have for whatever reasons
