The screams were ear piercing and blood curdling.. 'what the hell is going on behind that tree' thought Tarzan running towards the tree in a mad panic. he could not beleive his eyes when he saw ...
a tin of Stagg Chilli heated in a bowl in the microwave a dollop of sour cream on top a dollop of mashed avocado on top (optional but I recommend you have it) chopped shallot on top packet of corn chips to dip into the chilli
its not just your phone that does it.. PC's do it too! when it lags you think it hasnt gone through so you hit enter again.. OR it just does it even when you only hit enter once so have no idea what that is about
yeah I have been around on the net for quite some time too and I use the net to keep in touch with friends and family either via email, yahoo messenger, facebook and here in the forums but I definitely do not hide behind the net to feel safe.
I too have a home phone which I mainly use to call businesses and make interstate calls to family and friends, use my mobile mainly to text and call my boys and make work calls which I claim on tax.
As for a preferred way.. definitely like to catch up with friends and family face to face.. but not all the time.. sometimes I like to not have to worry about how I look or to get dressed cos someone is coming over and sometimes I get anti-social and just want to be in my own company , not with others but I still like to have a chat if that makes sense so the net and the phone fits that need perfectly
well I just got home from doing my usual 15.5 hr evening/night shift but when I get home I don't really like to sleep because I wont sleep tonight and I have to get up for work in the morning so I usually try to just have an easy day really so I get home.. make a cuppa, have some breakfast, come online.. checks emails, chat to anyone who might be on yahoo IM, have a read of the forums, and do other stuff on the net I need to do or just surf and look for interseting things.. I do that until my head starts to drop forward cos Im tired so then Ill go do things to keep myself awake.. today I have to mow the lawn and then I might go for a walk to the shopping centre and see a movie at the cinema if it doesnt end up raining .. which it looks like it might do
well I'm going to go and have something to eat and get ready for work.. have a afternoon/evening shift then an active night shift .. so no sleep for me until I get home at 9am tomoro
hope my mental health client isnt manic and crazy and she at least sleeps most of the night.. fingers (and legs) crossed
be good everyone and if you cant be good be better
and leave the freezer outside with the lid open so the sun can get to it.. the sun is the best disinfectant apparently.. hence why they tell you to put your mops outside in the sun well thats what they told us in our food hygiene course anyway
yeah sorry.. mustn't have made myself clear.. by throwbacks with other black races I meant 3 or 4 generations later .. a fair skinned couple can have a dark skinned baby because of some black blood that was in the family say 3 or 4 generations ago.. so that what they mean by it never being totally bred out of the family line
I had lots of aboriginal friends growing up.. they all had different colour skin within their families because their parents were of mixed race .. my best friend when i was in primary school was pretty dark as was her mum.. her dad was more cafe latte kinda colour and each subsequent kid in the family after the oldest girl was lighter and lighter skinned.. the youngest one had blonde hair! no one believed they were related half the time
I dont think anyone disagrees that aboriginals are the original australians but we who live here and grew up here and those that were born hear here are also australians .. being a certain colour does not determine if a person is an australian.. my youngest son was born here.. so he is an australian... my oldest son and I have been natralised so we are aussies too...in my opinion.. if you love this country and all its people and its culture then you are an aussie .. regardless of race or colour of your skin
ring a butcher and ask them.. I would assume they would know what to do seeing how they deal with meat all the time (not including their own ).. and im sure they have had to get rid of rotten meat before
Do you prefer ...
long or short what?
