Thanks I do look at the whole person or in the cace of the internet, as much as ther are willing to share.. opentuit also has 2 other things going for her as well. That I look at there is a spcial place in my haert for a red head. And she wrights well so that tells me she is smart. Smart can trump looks.

I wish i could take Compliments at face value. So no I do not take Compliments well. Where some are not used to them others like my self have had kind Compliments used as weppons to exploit kindness or get what they want from me. I know not evry one is like this but when people give me Compliments I feel like Eddy Haskel of leave it to beaver is talking to me and it gives me the willies

I am a trained cheff I graduated la cordanblue feb 24th 1988 the Idea of not cooking for my self is a horrid thing to me the only thing I use my microwave for is popcorn. Besides a woman dose like a a guy who can cook. The idea of cooking for a lil laidy gives me warm fuzzies inside.

True, but she dose not say that in the thred post. True you can have a sucsesfull longdistance relationship, but If you want to keep it longdistance you should realize only about 1 in about 800 are going to work because of the lack of intamisy. its vey hard because they remain seprate and never truely grow together. they may have that spark and it may be stron as well but distance makes it that much harder. and thats what limmits it.

Your point of viue is valid but self limmiting eventualy you have to get together. Otherwise your relaitionship is doomed to to lack of phisical intamisy. Or he or she will go where they can get it because cyber just dose not cut it. long distance is okay when getting to know each other a little, and seing if a ember of spark is there but you do have to get close for a relationship to be sucsesfull.

has almost hit the nail on the head for the most part. To Swissblueeyes yes I understand that there must be sum atraction. But most people men and women alike put to much on just looks and miss out on there true equals. dismissing there better qualities because the look only at what they want to see. Not just men but women as well there is nothing wrong with wanting what you want. But the wise look deeper. remember scruffy dose not mean durty, unfashonable yes. As for englishelegance she just about got it for about 85% Of the guys out there. I would like to put myself in the 15% that you missed I dont want a 10 there to expencive. a 5 or 6 is just fine with me. Only gods are perfect. and since humans are not gods only a fool would expect perfection. to me a perfect person looks beond the phisical to the whole charecter. if there is a true spark then looks dont matter as much as one mite think. just something to consider have a good nite laidys.

I would like the laidies to help me with this one pleas. I would like some help with my profile. I dont see very well so I use txt to voice to help me when I wright on line but it dose not help much with thing like spelling mainly I would like the laidies of CS to help me with the rewrighting of it. For me it depends on what I did on the first date. If you planed the first dait then Find out what she would like to do on it And incleude her in the planning od your nite out and then slip in a suprise like a lunch or nice dinner at a facy restiront then a nice walk or a visit to a museium or comidy show. I know this and I have been working on it I have lost almost 20lbs in the past two months and Im going to get a new wardrobe hell if I can stand it I mite start shaving on a regular basis when I loose 30 as a way to help my self keep my goals Im buying new clothes so I am changeing. Congrats on quitting smoking Thats a huge thing you should be very proud of your self and good luck on the schooling I wish I could handel the gym I have a condition that causes migrains they never go away and only spike upward. It makes the lighting in a gym unbarable for me and the last time I went to the gym I left in a aid car. I passed out because of what my dr called photo overload my brain could not handel the strobing nature of the lighting in there along with the sheer brghtness of the walls mirrors and nois when I get out for my walk it is after sundown and I can do my 4 mile walk 2 miles out and 2 back home Thank you and evry one els for the advice

B38Q39: your a fool. Im not here to bash women as far as daiting a 300 lbs woman mehhh if she were someone I thought I could love then yes I could. As for only wanting a 10. You dont know me wll enought to say such a thing about me. I will say this the great women that I have been fortunate to be with have ranged in size from 6 to 14 and I daited them all because they were nice people to bearound befor I was atracted to them phisicaly. you are beleving the half truths of gold diggers and hollywood I dont know you well enough to call you that and thats not what im doing. But I do agree with you there must be some atraction, but it is not always the the case.

First I would like to say thanks for your reply. I would like to clear a few things up. first I have put delt with this my whole life. as for the taking things to fast it takes me the months to let any one in far enough to ask for a hug. as for making peace with the past. Most of my exs and I are still friends although we have not spoken in years i know if i run into them there would be no ill will. The few people I realy cared about are long since gone (rip) to my brother Larry And my Angela And the child I was never able to name. I know that these things can never be changed. And I take peace that ther in a better place, and I am honest about my needs as well. I dont give willy nilly I have to want to give. But I just have to wonder. Is it worth continuing to try after being single forthe better part of 20 years. Dispite all that has been doen to me I still try. I just a littel frustraied wanting to know when my turn will be. Im not greedy I just want some one I can trust again
