Chicken breast, onions, garlic, carrots, celery, peas, red pepper, potato, sweet potato, chicken stock, herbs. It smells wonderful. Going to have a bowl for dinner and put the rest in freezer containers.

Your English is impeccable, so it's easy for us to forget that it is not your native tongue. You can write something as inocuous as, "The sky is blue", and others on here will find ways to criticize that. Keep being you.
I go on about my life. Not everyone is going to like us. It's human nature. I find the older I get, the more I speak my mind, and the more people then decide they don't like me. That's ok. That's their business.
