I've been quarantining myself for two weeks now, although I do in the office. I'm always masked and no one is allowed through the door of my office. I'm doing this so that I can go be with family this Christmas. And when I return to St. Louis, I will do the same, strictly quarantining myself for 2 weeks.
It'll be a different one for sure, but I am enjoying the slower pace and less insanity this year. I've been organizing several projects through work, as well as a social group, and that's where I've been enjoying putting my time and focus into. This weekend I'm knee deep in the kitchen whipping up batches of cookies, breads, applesauce is bubbling away on the stovetop as we speak, and several kinds of homemade soup are already in containers in the freezer and ready to be delivered.
