I would tend to agree, If someone is found guilty beyond doubt or admitts to the crime (such as murder). Get a rope and find a tall tree (this is cost effective, you can reuse the rope).

I read your question but after deliberating the question it is a no-no situation there is no keepers in that situation both would have proven themselves unworthy of friendship or a relationship. Time to cut them loose and never look back. Once again this is just my view on the situation.
If they were a true friend or significant other they would not have done the deed. I have no use for liars and this would be an act of deceit such as a lie is. If they would be this fickle to trade a valued friendship or relationship for a jump in the sack then both aren’t worth having around. Of course this is just my opinion and the way that I think.
