I just happened across the pic one night. I thought it was a cool pic. Glad you liked it and even happier no one got hit by that wave. It is a good example of what happens when warmer water hits colder air. anyone who lives in a place that it gets to be really cold can take really hot water, throw it up in the air and make snow. its also fun to blow bubbles as they freeze right away and you have a "ball" with it

The Peñon de Ifach (Rock of Ifach) is the largest single rock in the Mediterranean called the Northern Rock by the Phoenicians to distinguish it from the Southern Rock at Gibraltar. It has been a Nature reserve since 1987 and provides a shelter for a number of rare plants and home to over 300 species of animals including colonies of sea birds that use it as a nesting ground.Art Poster

The church pictured is a short walk from the centre of Holmfirth up one of the steep hillsides that this delightful,
picturesque milltown nestles in.
The actor who played ‘Compo’, the late Bill Owen is buried in the churchyard.
