I first heard this song sung by the infamous Hank Wangford (country singer, former doctor and professional cow-pat flinger) at the Cambridge Folk Festival when I was 14! It's just one of those songs....once heard - never forgotten

Hi Jan...

oh, that was a treat, now i have heard it before but a long time ago, and the GWB tie in was just right...now i dont know if ive still got it or it may be gettable on goog or tube, but have you seen the brilliant "bush as chimp", honest Jan, youll laugh so hard youll need medical attention...ill try find and post it your way...all good here, i still love her to bits...the lucky girl, but guess whos really the lucky one!...
hope this finds you happy and well, excuse this mans recent absence, so much time writing to my lady, were still in ireland but at opposite ends of the country...

BY THE WAY...JUST INCASE ANYONE IS OFFENDED BY THIS VIDEO. I AM NOT POLITICALLY MINDED AND THIS VIDEO IS NOT MEANT TO BE INSULTING IN ANY WAY...I just thought it went perfectly with the song!
