I watched this last episode(for the series) last night and was glued to the screen, as I have been with all the other episodes. Being a life-long Sherlock Holmes fan, I had my doubts, but my doubts just melted away within the first half an hour of? the first episode! This is the best thing that I have watched in months!! Totally absorbing, with a fantastic script and equally fantastic actors. Quite rightly, the first series won a Bafta Television Award.
Those of you that are familiar with Conon Doyle's Sherlock Holmes will know that after 'Reichenbach Falls", Sherlock was resurected...and it has been confirmed that a 3rd series of Sherlock will be shown next year ..... So, how did he fake his own death then?? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
