Actually Dubai is an emirate, not exactly a city, if we are to be correct. As for how it got into Qatar, one of the posters on here was located in Dubai, Qatar. She's a fast learner though and made the necessary changes. Now if she was really in any of those locations, she would have known this much. Ding ding ding!
You cannot take up employment while on a tourist visa. I'm not sure how many employers will be willing to wait on you to go back home and start visa procedures for you. Besides, looking for employment locally might get you a local contract; that means no housing, no flights. You'll have a super hard time finding a place to rent. They do not rent flats to single women. And the rent has to be paid a year in advance. Why don't you try employment agencies like bayt?
I either feel nothing at all or I feel it's their loss. Others are blocked from contacting me as well so why lose any sleep about it? Problem is some of my friends on here have me blocked (and probably they can't contact me either).
