Thanks, Ali! But I was told that situation there is not so good at the moment. But I will try!

Dubai for holidays, especially in the winter, is wonderful!

Apart from the fact that you are a woman it looks like you feel that you already have a job because whatever anyone says you already know it therefore l see no reason to ask people here for tips.

I lived and worked in Dubai for several years...it was some time ago, but don't think it has changed too much work wise.
The best thing to do is to start searching while still in your country, if a company wants to employ you it will be your work permit provider or also known as "sponsor", it is very difficult to change sponsors later as not many a willing to go through the paper trouble. If you find an employer they will send you all you need, such as working visa and so on...
Good luck!

Very difficult here. Speaking fluent Spanish is really the only chance, and even then there is over 24% unemployment here.
Working in bars, cafes ect pay nothing and even then many close down for winter or lack of customers.
To live here as a "foreigner" like me, it is really best to have an income from somewhere else.
Quite a few British here work as carers in the UK for two, four or six weeks, then come home to Spain for two, four or six weeks.
They earn good money in the UK and have a good life here. bouquet

Dreaming of going to a foreign country and turning up looking for a job l would consider to be mindless. It is much better to look around the net for jobs in the country of your 'preference' going to Dubai means you are looking for big money so you will need to back it up with knowledge of your profession.

I know someone who picked up a job in UK off the net working for Vectone because she spoke well English, many Portuguese are in London too because they speak English. There is a continuing advert in the national newspaper here for nurses etc. Contrary to that l know a couple that are very experienced and worked in America and Dubai both are here doing nothing because there is no work.

With Portugal having 65% of 18-25 year olds unemployed and about 28% of the rest sitting at home its like a cemetery and will not change for the foreseeable future simply because there is no attraction to come here, 80% of hotels close 7 months of the year to avoid work contracts.

If you speak your Mother tongue and one or two other languages then l would go look at what is happening in Brazil in the lead up to the Olympics, they may need a linguist.
