i find it easy to believe others until and unless they are proved otherwise ! suspecting others is most difficult and may be even impossible for me .this has thrown me out of gear several times, given me surprises and even shocks at times ! now, after all these years of experience and with lot of effort, i could come to a stage of "not believing/not suspecting" so that no one could give me a shock ! what is your opinion and experience in this aspect ?
it was disgusting to read a blog explaining "how a bottle of beer is better than a woman !"more surprising fact is that the responsible member was not kicked out! it seems there are no checks in place to control such filth on the site ! why can't people see this as being more dangerous than scams? what if a woman blogs that her"pet dog is much better than a man"? i request all members to take serious view of such instances and condemn !
when someone i love says that i was wrong, what should i do ? readily agree with the person ? maintain silence ? or stick to the point and convince? i had always been a stupid in such matters, and this time also acted same . reacted spontaneously and now asking for advice !
these are not my words ! reported to have been said by a philosopher! our"self",the egoist self, not the real "core self" could do us immense harm more than anyone else ! it doesn't like us falling in love, as it's existence would be threatened ! we also, promptly listen to it, and draw ourselves back from loving whom we want, by either disagreeing or even quarelling with our partners !just beware !
"being in love" is just as natural as our breathing and does not trigger any defensive reaction. but,"falling in love"is a great event ! it's like lightning,earthquake,hurricane and could even be a nuclear explosion in some cases ! it throws us off balance ! we are not ready to be swayed away ! hence, the defensive reaction ! we try to come out of it ! unless we are ready for a free fall, or being carried by a tidal wave, we will not be able to sustain and enjoy the experience of love !
