In many forms of dementia, executive function (frontal brain circuits, etc.) fail, and there's an inability to be deceptive---the truth just often pours our. Often humourously so, as anyone who has worked clinically with this population will know.
He has a remainder of his life to enjoy grabbing at the bottoms of young nursing staff in assisted care. And no shortage of lewd talk. Seen it all. A hoot. Seasoned staff take it all in stride. The hottie nurses and CNA's were best at rolling with the old geezer punches.
