Hi..In my opinion love is not a feeling. Its the experience of something that is already there.. existing and waiting to be channeled. What I mean is, love is constant.. just like cancer is already in all of us.. so is love! It was placed into our souls by nature (or God) whichever you want to believe. Its up to us now tap into it and express it.. or experience it.. channel it out to others.. and asky_man320 said it quite right.. in both instances. Love for people is a general love and love between a man and woman, well that's just so much more intense and can be the highest form of Love.. right next to the love that comes straight from God.

First of all--I love "Love".

and so on.. There are so many ideals about this wonderful intangible but yet so very real thing caled love. "Love endures all things". (notice it does not say "some". it says "all".) "Love knows not its depth until the hour of separation". (Boy Howdy!) "A friend who loves you knows the verses in your heart, then sings them to you when you have forgotten". (sweet). "Love is always young". (this one I really love. "Two hearts beating as one".

To me love is a choice that we make. You choose to love someone and when it is a choice you work harder at keeping that love alive. Unconditional, not judgmental, all compromising love means doing what you don't enjoy doing because your partner loves it. In turn you love it because it makes the one you love happy.

AAAHHH.....LOVE.....whimsical and temperamental..comes when it pleases and leaves without warning.
Can put you on top of mountain or leave you dieing of thirst in desert.
Love is two people connecting in ways no one understands and sharing everything in way that makes all things beautiful.
