sin is like magnet
Angry and sadness lead to sin. sin is pushing to make you do its desire,sin tempt and give desire to do bad.once you sin, the evil catch you like magnet and attack you.
Sin is the door of tortures,attacks and suffer,sickness and other bad.
So you need reject or refuse evil and you get free.
If you don,t believe in God you will be victim of sin,it mean you will fall into sin more easy.
So believe God and obey and you will be saved. read bible to know about God and obey commandments
of God to be saved.there are ten commandments in exodus 20:2-17.
Two greatest commandments are : 1.Love God with all heart..,2.love your neighbours as yourself.
neighbours are all people.
If you do this you will have peace and lead to be saved.
