1/2 a kilo of yoghurt a day

Really, is half a kilo of plain, Greek, fat-free yoghurt a day too much?

I won't describe the loo bowl after I'm done with it but whoever has watched Train Spotting has a pretty good idea. However, is that really too much you think? Why/why not?

I'm trying to eat healthy but I have to fill my bottomless pit somehow. No, I'm no rabbit. No kilos of veg for me. Protein's a lot better suited to my palate.

That's probably not too much, but I would divide it into 2 servings..one for breakfast and one for dessert after you last meal. Protein and vegetables are a good meal. Find vegetables you like. I buy a lot of frozen veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, green beans...any kind of beans are good and lentils. canned or dry beans and lentils.
Hpy, merlot

Thank you for the suggestions. Appreciate it.
In the US, I think that is the equivalent of a 24 ounce container and roughly 700 calories.
Some labels consider it 3 servings.
Why so much and do you plan this diet for any long period of time?
Should be about 18oz and it's about 330kcal. For how long? For as long as I manage is the plan. Why so much? Because I'm still rather hungry after having had a normal portion of food. Any food.
Low GI food will keep you full..I reckon you eat because your bored not because you don't feel full after a meal
I could eat a whole broccolo (singular of broccoli) and still be hungry! I could eat a whole 13" pizza, wash it down with 2 or 3 pints of lager and still ..

dunno

Nature, mate. This is how tapeworm survives. Everyone's got to make a living innit? dunno
The brain (when used) burns an enormous amount of energy, so either ease up on brain activity or eat more. Not many people have that problem.
Try doing a 24 hour fast. Just water, tea, coffee for 24 hours. I would say a 3 day fast but that's probably too much. If your stomach growls it doesn't always mean your hungry, usually it means your stomach is digesting the food. It might also be too much stomach acid, you may want to try taking Prilosec about a half hour before you eat. You may also have an ulcer.
worms ..I hope not, but it wouldn't hurt to boil your water, I don't trust water, I boil and filter mine.
You'd see tapeworm in your feaces. I'm pretty sure it's not that. Besides, it's not true that tapeworm "eats your food" or makes you hungrier. That's an urban legend. On the contrary, it's more likely to have the opposite effect albeit rarely.
Ha. Certainly not on here sometimes I reckon. We're not a bunch to use our heads excessively. laugh
Try Lemon in whatever liquid you choose, that will keep the acid tranquilized.

Lemon juice in its natural state is acidic with a pH of about 2, but once metabolized it actually becomes alkaline with a pH well above 7. So, outside the body, anyone can see that lemon juice is very acidic. However, once fully digested, its effect is proven to be alkalizing with many health benefits.
What does it mean to "keep the acid tranquilized"? To increase ph?
Keeps it ‘at bay’
I see. In terms of volume or ph? Or perhaps some other way?
Lemon is a neutralizer, so it brings the PH level in line with the overall body PH.
I would watch the intake of pawpaw.

Sorry, that's all I got......

What the heck is pawpaw?
