confederate flag

i dont see how any true american patroit can fly a confederate flag. its the flag of tratiors. people who wanted to distroy the union. they fought aganist the red, white ,and blue. one of there followers assasinated lincoln. if i were a southern i would be ashamed of that flag. if i catch anyone around here waving that flag ill grab it and burn it!

I feel ya. I was born in Wash st. lived in Ill. for 10 years, and didn't realize how shallow people could be until I was exposed to prejudice in Fl. I'm goin to school in Al. am f'n sickly amazed at how much hate there is there. These F&*kers STILL say the south is gonna "rise". WTF...I'm proud to know that Abe and KIng's ethics will never die! they used brains and compassion for life's unity....not bigitory, narrow minded, ignorance! I cannot believe people justify that ignorance.

The American flag is also the flag of traitors. Think about it....a bunch of rebel colonists pushing back against the taxes forced on them by a king on the far side of an ocean who then had the nerve to declare independence from the crown! Anyone who fought for the colonies in the Revolutionary War was a traitor to the British crown, so how can one flag be considered any worse than another? The way I see it, the Confederate flag may have a tarnished past, but it is still a piece of our collective history and flying that flag doesn't necessarily imply that someone is anti-American or unpatriotic.

they also had the red white and blue!! they were also considered patriots down there so think b4 you speak... to them the american flag was the rebel flag
