Great song. Ritchie would be about 70 years old now still playing good songs for his fans.

Despite what the movie said, Ritchi Valens got his nick name because earlier in his career he would always do the " Little Ritchard " songs . The other musitions all started calling him " Little Ritche ". His real name was Ricardo and the popular nick for that was Rico not Ritchi . . . .guitar
