farewell eurocetrism and americanism

Incredible! I visited an archeological site in Peru. Located near Lima, it has recently been displayed to the world and UNESCO have considered it a world patrimony because its record date is 5000 years old! it means that history has to be revised and modified in civilization interpretation.

This citadel is considered the 2nd oldest one in the world (and 1st in America Continent) This means that native peruvians did a civilization before greece, rome, china, india and even Egipt. Only Mesopotamia is considered a little older......listen up, a little,.. because the archeological research (using carbone 14)still continues and it is possible that it may surpasse that record

My foreign visitors were shocked .They felt something has ended and started because all the rigid historical papers broke down and thus will need some change on focus. World progress was not a uniform, linear evolution. It was/and is- a non-linear, multiform one

Farewell eurocentrism and americanism!. Latinamerica , Africa, Asia should be proud of this discovery and display because that construction and elaboration of art and science broke the mental european stereotype (and thus northamerican one) on a great deal of people when determining history and culture on them and in these lands.

Varna Necropolis in Bulgaria, Europe, is more than 6000 year-old.
It belongs to a unique civilization.

I appreciate your blog and still I don't think we should "measure" our cultural heritage, since it belongs to all the humanity.
Thanks Ma´am . Your opinion fits my opinion well too

Checking back your data you mentioned
Caral was not a necropolis. In Peru we have lots of necropolis which surpasses those records of Varna ,Bulgaria data.China, Egipt and Sumeria have their record in necropolis as well.

Very tricky. The difference of burials and necropolis is that the last one is well organized as if a supposedly culture exist (no necessarily, old human were migrants and they buried thei dead people in many ways such Necropolis, "Fardos" and pesonalized tombs.

Sumeria, Cara, Giza(Egipt) China, India were civilizaions (it means : settlements

Thanks for your link
carlo...They probably found a unreincarnated, mumified body of me in there.wow rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing cheers
so where does sumaria fit in. i hope i spelled it correctly
you answered while i was posting it thanks
No, Sir.
It is a new discovery that resulted back in 1969 then in 1994 and finally 2004. Then confirmed in 2007 and accepted in 2009

Nazca lines were in a period after this civilization(around 1000 before the era)It was discovered during the 60s, and lived around 300 years. Caral existed for 1000 years

It is not a necropolis . It is a urban area where you can find pyramids, an auditorium, an astronomic site and paths. They survived based on agriculture and fishing

The Varna necropolis is certainly around 6000 (Caral is around 5000 and maybe more) but it was a migration of people not a settlement

Caral was correlated on time with Sumeria and Mesopotamia. Caral also cultivated arts and science. There is a religious implication on them but there are artifacts and even a "Quipu" a kind of accounting system

thumbs up
doh nazcadoh handshake
and what does any of this have to do with america and europe
carlos...I liked Ama Llulla the most, she was my favorite, before we were wiped out by a piece of space junk(comet)beer
its all sounds like you are using these facts to bash other cultures and civilazations you dont agree with. and i do agree with you on the history.
lololol, Hey sir, please read above
the former discussion with the bulgarian woman

handshake
all the cultures and civilizations are good. Maybe the problem is the interpretation a few people made for lots of people based on distortion, dependence and the classic " good and bad" character of stories.

carlos, these people DID live here, they weren't migrants which just made a necropolis just passing by, that is out of logic anyway :)
Yes, possible. We have necropolis in several regions . Wether migrants or not, it was not a complete administrative infraestructure.

settlement is a complete one, which includes offices to rule the population, auditoriums, churches, necropolis (cementeries) camps, etc A settlement is a total construction . The Necropolis part of it.

We have cementeries in several parts of the world with records like that. The point is Settlements not necropolis

wine
Carlos, a necropolis means people lived there, the fact we haven't still found other proves doesn't mean they didn't live there :) But here is an example of settlement, even older than the one I cited... It's more than 7000 yr-old:
Settlement means high organization

Any construction you can find anywhere means that someone or people had lived in there. That doesn´t give less worth than others . It means only that the settlement is the most complete infraestructure for many reasons:

Administration of other subactivities
Social division of work
Science and arts
Hub of other regions around

The top level of an organization from the past is a settlement
(or a city) Primitive communism and transitional periods to the emerge of social classes are welcome , but they do not have the value and importance like a setlements in history

Caral is that importance and level as Sumeria, Egipt, Rome, Greece, China, India, etchandshake
Carlos, Ï am talking about cities too. And I see you go on with this absurd "competition". No matter you like it or not, the "cradle" of ancient civilizations was Asia, and of our civilization: Europe. Europocentrism means that and we can't change it. You are right to be proud with your ancient settlements too!
