Really disappointed

i worked with an institute of education as a teacher, every semester we get an assigment letter that we are going to teach from our boss and it happened for 2 years.
And three days ago as usual I asked my boss for the subject that i am going to teach and she asked me to look at the schedule but unfortunetly i didn't find my name means that i dismissed wihout any confirmation.
Should I stay in that institution or look for another one?

First I would ask if a mistake happened because your name was not on the schedule.
Then, look for a different one. peace

I would think your boss would know if you had been dismissed, or he / she is a big coward to tell you to go look on the schedule to find out. It has to be a mistake, surely.

I am not familiar with the educational system in Indonesia, so I cannot offer much here. However, if you were dismissed and the boss knew about it, then that seems like a very way to tell you. Would have been better to have told you directly so you could be looking elsewhere for your education.
