Don't be afraid

Working life can be maddening sometimes. Few days a go, I told my boss off right in front his face. I didn't mean to be rude either.
Due to my responsibilities I have done what ought to be done, make things right and to make sure operational run smoothly. Base from our guests feedback we are excellent team work.

However,no appreciation is given, instead we are pushed to get result better than that. Everyone is down regarding this especially when boss is barking like insane and telling us off.
Right in front of him I said " Handling clients and guests are so much easier than handling owner. I had enough and I'm quit "

I left him silent on his desk !!!

I have always believe every life is precious and everyone is survivor. I decided to go for job interview on the very next day and I found better opportunities, double from the current offer.
On the other words, don't ever afraid to make decision.Especially when you know you will be able to manage the result despite the the pros and cons.

We often think and taking example from incidents that happened to others. But in fact, things that often happen to them didn't happen to us.This fear often hold us to make change or taking risky decision.

In conclusion, don't be afraid. We are survivor who have to fight to be survived. Life is about choice. Decide and stick to it and make it works. If we were pushed to the corner, don't give up as there is another world after the corner that has been waiting for us to come and discover.Remember everyone has the right to be happy and success. Just decide and make your stand.
