Drivers licence in IRELAND

Hi everyone! What is the best driving school to go to? I need to make my category C drivers licence. And after how long time can I make D and E?

it matters more, that you would feel comfortable, and relaxed, with a particular driving teacher,rather than any individual driving school, that is my humble experience, and i passed.
